Our Labour Hire service is second to none. We are a small and newly formed company with over 15 years knowledge and experience of the Labour hire and JobActive industries which aim to provide a new approach to the way staff are sought out and recruited.
Offering a service like no other, we provide personalised PPE, ongoing placement support and a mini bus service for staff requiring safe transportation (govt transport subsidized through JobActive and DES offices). Pre Employment Training
Pre Employment training includes; WH&S general safety, site specific safety training and inductions for any size firms.
Safety and employment are of main concern within ERS, hence ensuring clients are fully aware of their environment and elements they may encounter. This feature provided is a direct preventative response to the many workplace injuries that impact the employer greatly, as well as the health and wellbeing of all staff involved.
The pre employment courses range from 1 day, 2 day and 1 week, depending on the clients needs and depth of what's required on site from the employer.
